SkilledHouse PH was built from a simple belief: businesses should have access to reliable, skilled, and flexible support without the complexity of building a large in-house team.
Behind that vision is Jay Elian, a virtual operations and business support professional with extensive experience working with international clients across different industries.
Over the years, Jay has worked across administrative support, operations, executive assistance, customer success, business development, project coordination, and digital marketing support. His experience has given him a firsthand understanding of the challenges business owners face every day, from managing growing workloads and coordinating teams to keeping clients happy and making sure important tasks don't fall through the cracks.
That experience became the foundation for SkilledHouse PH.
Jay created SkilledHouse.PH to go beyond simply providing virtual assistants. His goal is to connect businesses with capable people who can become a genuine extension of their team, while providing the structure, onboarding, training, and support needed to make the partnership work.
